Shoot the heat
We photograph the house with a thermal camera. Attic, walls, doors, rims, ducts — wherever the bill might be leaving.

The software reads it
The pictures go into thermal-audit software. It marks the anomalies, scores how severe they look, and writes what the image is showing.

You get the report
A report you can keep: grade, thermal photos, findings, and a plain recommendation. Shared by link, email, or text.

WHAT GETS SCANNED

The whole shell, not one hatch.

Attic and roof
Missing fill, settled patches, and air slipping past the ceiling. The hatch is usually the first picture.
Walls and studs
Empty bays and thermal bridging. The cold stripe you feel is a gap you can photograph.
Doors and windows
Drafty thresholds, tired weatherstripping, and frames that leak around the trim.
Rim, slab, and foundation
The band joist and the edge of the slab, where the house meets the ground and the heat leaves.
Ducts and the furnace
Leaking or blocked runs. A tight attic does not help if the ducts are heating the crawl.
Siding and masonry
The outside of the house, when the leak is in the wall and not in the attic at all.

THE REPORT

Grade, pictures, and what to fix.

The software writes the audit from the images. You get an efficiency grade, the thermal photos with the leaks marked, a severity on each finding, and a recommendation — attic recharge, dense-pack, foam at the rim, or leave it alone.
